Dr. Prakriti Poddar has been working in the field of Mental Health since 1999. She started Mind Over Image Consulting in 2001, with the keynote 'it's not a make over; it's a mind over’. Dr. Prakriti Poddar is the Managing Trustee of Poddar Foundation and has leveraged her passion in mental health and wellbeing to help countless people by raising awareness of mental health issues and creating preventive mental Child Centered, Community Focuses, Adult Focused Community Photo Adult Focused health programs for the Nation. Prakriti, is one of the most prominent voices of Mental Wellness having spoken nationally on numerous platforms and having been interviewed on mental health issues by media channels to educate and highlight the need of mental health awareness.

Recently Prakriti has received many awards, and among those are the ‘iconic woman of the year for social work’ by Nav Bharat times and the most promising Mental Health Leader by the India Leadership Conclave, as well as a ‘Mental Health Leader’ by the India Health and Wellness Summit.

Rohitashwa is the Group Managing Director of the Poddar Group in India. The Group are involved in education and affordable housing development. Rohitashwa has a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Engineering and Business Management from Kings College, UK. He is also an Asia Society Young Leader, a fellow of the Aspen Institute of Leadership, and an advisor to the Government on the Housing for all policy. Poddar Housing and Development LTD is a Public, listed entity that is currently developing over 15 million sq. feet of affordable housing in Mumbai and its suburbs.

Dr. Rashmi Poddar, Director, Jnanapravaha Mumbai (JPM) was awarded a doctorate for her thesis Rasa and Ananda - A Visual Discovery by the University of Mumbai in 1997. The nearly 300 public programmes testify to her inter- disciplinary approach of melding art history and aesthetics with archaeology, architecture, anthropology, literature, and philosophy. She serves on several boards such as World Monuments Fund India, Asia Society India Centre, Mehli Mehta Music Foundation and Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation.
